never fear, I can translate, I understand, therefore, this. (My Translation to Educated English)

I have a build I'm thinking of creating which will have 250 HP and dual Toughness. It will neither be slow, nor will it be blind
In fact, it ought to be able to use the Bozar with some proficiency.

If you'll cure these wounds, then we will have:
Every critter drops caps.
Vendors have infinite number of guns and ammo of any choice.
There's no XP and levels, you creating your character like in Opera's character planner, and everyone will be 21st level at start.

Oh noes! It'll ruin whole game, because there will be only slaughtering 24/7 everywhere, and California become arena like in quake.
Well, now is the same, the only reason, that it takes time to do that, so yes... why someone should waste real life time to get gear and 21st level, when everyone can get that since begin?

So, the plague wounds isn't in crafting and character development, but in gameplay itself, it's beta with perks, drugs and weapon balancing, TC, crafting system, and some quests.
"The progress" is stupid killing poor brainless critters, wasting your time and staring to monitor clicking with your mouse, until you get 21st level.
Sometimes, if you have mentats or ....3 CH (lol) you can even complete some quests, but not to get some profit from that, but only to do something else except for clicking on critters and see them dying.
Solar said there will be NPC-faction stuff, which I hope will be the main character development feature, or something with player interaction but impossible to abuse and on any character level, allowing you to reach something. Stupid killing critters in the desert should be simply if you don't know what to do else or too weak for challenge, or even make encounters mostly as obstacle between point A and point B and make it impossible to simply run to exit grid in RT without even engaging combat. Main character development should be in quests and player interaction events, not stupid grinding on mobs. Player interaction events I meant PvP, which isn't abusable, like random duels or fights (probably NPC faction or something).

You cure your wounds with poison?

I've thought we have all that quake bullshit talks behind us. Apparently I was wrong. Just because I point out that some feature is not designed well, then it automatically means I want 24/7 slaughter with instant max lvl chars or what?

it really depends on how I feel during the days I play, I use a character name which I normally delete every week and then start over with the same shit, but it's generally more entertaining playing as lvl21...

and yes, fonline suffers from Isometric Quake Syndrome at the moment... Mainly because the community treat it as such, bloody PvP apes...

Nope.

And I like to wait too, until some point.
Waiting in Fonline is part of the game for it is up to you to fill this time.
It can be good or bad but it's part of the game.
Maybe the problem comes from the fact that some people want everything done in the minute.
It's a modern disease.

I dont wait in Fonline, sorry for you guys .

maximum a few second for my FA CD, or 3 min for relog.

you dont like creating characters? you dont like Lvling up? you dont like to have to craft or farm for your equipement? you dont like " ingame progress"?

so you dont like RPG, go play quake or counterstrike.

EDIT: in fact, I do wait in TC action, but its Tactic, and i accept it.

lol this guy has it

sounds like a lot of you have problems with video games in general, not fonline..

nothing can be done about your massive ADHD attention requirement. if you're SO fkn bored with the game you should just quit because 3 more will come to replace you who will enjoy the game that much more in your absence.

you waste time when you play a video game. a lot of it. its spent doing bullshit, like watching pixels on your monitor. you can get over this, or you can keep crying that fonline should instead hook an IV laced with pure adrenaline into your carotid artery. if you want that, you should go play a FPS game. or better yet, go do some crystal meth so your ADHD will finally be soothed.

the game has elements of waiting. if all you do is sit around and craft and gather, THATS YOUR FAULT. the waiting is put inplace to remind you that is not a main aspect of the game, rather a side element that is required to obtain gear.

if you're a pro miner and can put all that out of your head and still gather for hours on end, then more power to you, YOU'RE BETTER THAN SOMEONE ELSE. the rest of you need to  learn that sandbox games are not meant for everyone and if you cant figure out how to entertain yourself, you'd be better off playing wow.

Zato made a point.

Also, if you want to kill some time why not travel to NCR, its like watching a show on AXN - drama, killing, plots, hatred, killing, idiots, whining, killing, idiots, killing and thieves.

I know what i am talking about - i've spent like 2 weeks in NCR just standing there and healing people (char name: Medic). I've seen it all.

Who honestly waits over his cooldowns? If someone has 20 over max crafting cooldown does someone really purely wait over it?

Honestly when it comes to getting rich, there's lots to do and no time to stand still. When gathering and crafting cooldowns are maxed you can hunt encounters. It's very challenging to try to maximeze production but it's usually very repetitive too.
