ok, so this sounds crazy, but bear w/me:
use item "shower" and it will run for about a half hour and then say "you feel much better." in that half hour you've restored hp equal to 15 minutes of rest.
just a thought..............

ya i wanted to do the same thing with beds, but couldnt reallu think of the fuctioanlity, since you could (at the time) use the pipboy for that.

It is not a that bad idea to make showers in locations like Sierra give a temporary bonus.

Add some other food items first or at least make it possible to roast brahmin meat over fire, the option "throw something into the fire" is available already.

Are we talking about purely cosmetic features, by the way? Or did you imagined something intricate with food system, Lexx?
Will a good breakfast remove "Idler" status?

You will have to cook the steak and eat it, otherwise it will be a cold steak. But a hungry character could have decreased stats.
