ok, so this sounds crazy, but bear w/me:
use item "shower" and it will run for about a half hour and then say "you feel much better." in that half hour you've restored hp equal to 15 minutes of rest.
just a thought..............

ya i wanted to do the same thing with beds, but couldnt reallu think of the fuctioanlity, since you could (at the time) use the pipboy for that.
