Well, telling to your ennemy "After 3 battles where we kicked their asses they didnt wanna fight anymore." because we left to go do true fight with someone else (ending in a draw 1-1)... It's exactly the kind of player I hate playing with.

Gang Wars is for all players not only for people from one faction who would like to kick other asses.
In my mind i see it usefull, players can just gather 3 people and they want to find other group which they will like to fight.
Gang Wars (irc/forum/we can make some official radio channel, lest say 911) would be a tool which could help them to meet each other.

It wont have to be for shooters only, players who are like to be unarmed, should have a chance to use their skill in a fair fight.

Conclusions:

If you want to find some enemies, you want to test your skills or you are bored and you want to kill someone, try to find other dude with same problems on 911 radio channel or IRC #GangWars, You can use forum as well.

If I remember correctly, you left for swarming us while we were doing RP at gecko mine.
I even remember you failing at it by enterring a merc pack to soon, allowing us to spot you and leave before the zergs enter.

Once we were on fight in event map(Klamath), our team was ready, we had drugs and weapons which are allowed only by NPCs in this map. We told you we are ready > no respond, so we go where you was with your mates and what we saw ? You asked Nexxos if he can give you PA and then, he gived it. In first round you had drugs which were not allowed in this location and PA.

So tell, what you mean when you say "fair fight" ?

buahah and total bullshit as always, u wasnt the person with who i was setting the terms of battle but u know everyting better as i can see.
first of all i didnt asked nexx for that fucking pa, but for 5xba + 2nd rocket launcher for my team (ive got build for 2 rocket launhers), when we were arranging rules of battle there was set: high end. So mamk2 was confusing. When nexx explained that he wont spawn any stuff and we should just use bots inside the map everything was clear. U can ask him about that pa i was surprised same as u.
and one more drugs was allowed and again u know shit but ur the smartest, ask nexx or ur action leader if u want.  I wont even mention that u rushed into us at the first time without our side said "rdy". but till the end we were just smashing u soo no wonder why u didnt wanna play with us anymore.
