Doesn't matter. If you go to jail, you most likely deserve it. Nobody goes to jail for simply crossing a red traffic light.

How about drug possession.

The Point is the Same. Only those who break the law with something bigger go to Jail. So it's his fault.

I am not denying that there sometimes are stupid reasons for going to jail or that you can't go to jail for something you haven't done. But "im going to jail i wont be here for a very long time :< so yeah bye" doesn't sound like any of that.

You go to jail for beating up people, stealing something big or killing someone. So... if you go to jail, you probably deserve it.

Really? I had to beat my former neighbor up once and I don't regret it.

I'd be pretty upset if I went to jail for such stupid thing.

Regreting something doesn't mean you don't go to jail. Continue beating up people and you most likely will be taken too.

Your phrases are a bit funny, Lexx. Either you live in a country like Norway, or you've never come across the law enforcement system.

Over half of inmates are there because of drug related offenses. They don't deserve it.
