And really WH dont need any nerf, its good like it is, why u want to nerf it just for possibility to take it at lvl 3 ? If the idea is to transform a good perk in useless perk, yes its the good way...
I think its good to have more options in each level. Current lvl 3 options are toughness, awareness and stonewall. And how its useless a perk that saves 2 special points?
About Dead Man Walking perk, it will only increase your negative hp limit? if yes, i think it will be a very situational bonus and no one will take it. Maybe can be merged with other perk like adrenaline rush, lifegiver or faster healing.
Night person perk will be a replacement for ghost or ghost will be different?
