I don't think the slow travelling speed is a problem itself.The problem is, how could lvl 1 newbie get weapons to be able to kill brahmins and get a tent.

Speed is bad. Dont tell me time of traveling you need from point A to point B, just tell me, what actions i can do in 2 hours of playing per day .. dont tell me that i can do gathering (HQ), crafting, PvE, PvP, becaus you dont have time for that (even if you are not killed by PK or by coincidence - in encouters). Also, tag boost your ourdoosrman to 180 and your build (not only PvP) is screwd ..
If you want to make enemies, try to change something.

The outdoorsman dogs can be bought where? How much on average? Is it Hub?And also, I like the concept of wasteland turning into thriving car community, so falloutish
I've been wondering, does all the Outdoorsman in the Party matter or just whoever has the most?For example, I have 100 Outdoor, I buy two dogs so thats 100+240 = 340% outdoor or does it just mean on of the dog's outdoor counts nothing else?
