wow i totally missed this one... this still open?
Besides, I don't think it's a good idea to include references to actual ingame Gangs or such in that, Keldorn.
Why not to include in-gangs reference? Most content is created by them.
Any action or inaction in a position of power will always grant you enemies

2238 has absolutely nothing to do with Caesar's Legion.
You'll be surprised.
77 years has gone by since the Vault Dweller chose his fate, destroying the Master and the mutant army. He may die believing that a new world of hope and peace will begin, but war... war never changes. Now it is the year 2238. The northern cities fell into a permanent state of anarchy. Now large legions of gangs dispute the control of the remains of old setlements. City by city, room by room. The wasteland has never seen this kind of combat since before the Great War.In the south the corrupted NCR tries to keep its status of republic and its expansionist ways. But they are at the border of the civil war. Other days, justice city of Fresno is now the refuge of the scum of the wastes.Meanwhile the forces of the Caesar looks from the east, planning the genocide, trying to take what NCR dont deserves. Now you are nothing, so what will you do when the truly apocalypse begins?
Well not this 2238 anyways... It's been mentioned the devs will not be including caesar's legion into the game.
