Tokyo Gore Police has some pure fucked up visuals, I mean look there's a hybrid snail woman among other things most notably a guy with a gun/penis...

Or more like "sick" visuals or so?

For the first one: dunno, I don't go into bad movies (aka hollywood)
For the second: I once saw a really good movie, basing around a lonely farmer who made teh sexy times to his pigs. The pigs even get pregnant and got little human/pig bastards not able to survive. Later, he hanged himself. That movie was really "fucked up", but in good terms. Unfortunately I don't remember the name, it was a french film iirc.

Heavy Metal, a friend showed it at a movie night when I was 18 saying it is something he watched while he was a kid, just watch it and report your experience...
