well if i were a mercenary, and my client is dead, i would say "meh..." and go find another client. (even with replication technology.)in fact,-hello mr. mercenary. do you remember me?-yes. you hired me 2 days ago, then you died to deathclaws.-yeah. bummer. i wanna hire you again.-wut?! no way!-hey why not?-well, you died. i mean, DEAD. i barely saved my ass. i'm not going even an inch away with you!-but... you're a mercenary, a hired muscle. "you" were supposed to guard me!-well then i couldn't. i failed. i don't wanna embarrass you again. i have no honor etc.-what, you're a samurai now?-yeah, you have a problem with that?-[sigh] no. can i hire you now?-hell no!you get my drift? (ok the dialog might a bit out of topic, but my first arguement still stays. =))mercs should be hired until: a) a certain amount of time expires, and/or b) client dies. (not sure if it should be "and" or "or")
The mercs that weren't there when you died still belong to you, my mercs didn't die in the encounter, why should they be dead?
One: Because they shouldn't....Two: Because they shouldn't...Three: Because they shouldn't...
....makes no sense, also Rouchers right, they do belong to us, we highered there ass's, they dident die, why dont they come back to us? they should if they at least have a radio and you do too
Slaves are cheaper. They can't all use Heavy weapons, but some can throw plasma grenades
