Rail line gang mission quest should unlock station if u talk to Tandi again after mission

i never completed one of these quests (vault city, followers of apocalypse, ncr tandi, do not know what else).
 i started with boneyardstation (followers of apocalypse show you) and travel to the other stations. first sanfran then i checked the time if train leave from boneyard to the ncr. rest is history

So how it is about this mercs/slaves. I have 1ch. but magnetic personality so can I or I can't hold f.e. 5 of them in the tent?

since the last wipe you can just "own" how much you can lead.
means: you can only own one merc with that "charisma 1 +magnetic personality build"
tent guard or bodyguard its your choice ,)

one way to solve this problem is creating an alternative char with charisma 9.
let him hire some  mercs.invite him to your base. there you have your guards.. but that idea sucks a little bit

Is it possible to invite people to a private mine, if you bought it alone? Will they see it on the map when they leave the location?

I don't think so, they will be able to mine but they won't see the location if they leave it. Private Mines will be reworked "soon", anyway ;p

The problem there is getting them there in the first place since dual-logging is illegal in the game....

dual logging is playing to characters at the same time, not playing them one after another.
