First three lines of fixes (and, ofc, last one in changes) is enough reason for update.
True, that's called a hot fix, but after this time we all were hoping to see some game play improvements, those done now are insignificant in comparison what still needs to be done, to be precise just fixed or changed not new. Don't get me wrong, we can demand whatever we want, but currently the community is just begging for some re-adjusting of certain existing features to significantly improve our game play experience. It's not asking too much in my opinion, if you think we all should shut up and trust that you are aware of everything or don't want to want work on specific something, then just tell us that. Less whining, less demotivating and less trash small talk on this forum, communicate will ya? Maybe communicating is hard work?
All hot topics about AC cap, heavy handed, critical burst bypasses tweaks, fineese fix etc. etc. these changes have like a ton of weight on them.
