If someone is running with 30 AC, it means it's bluesuit or jacket, if it's bluesuit or jacket, you can kill it with non aimed shots in torso in few shots. CA/metal will remove almost all AC.

Edit: also if they're running away from you, then you'll shoot head, if to you, then the range will be less and less :D
Basically you can ignore AC, bluesuit dodger trolls will die at close distance anyway.

if character planner says my sight is 32 with 4 PE, why in game my field of view ends on like 25?

i press CTRL and it show me 25

oh cool, at 6 lev i noticed that im fucked beacause i need 6 PE for awareness ;/// is there some other way to get this perk? cigs give only +1

You really can't live without awareness? If you can't, then.. then remake character with base 6 PE :D Personally I don't think it's so bad to not have awareness and I could easily play without it.

I can't :( i need this goddamn perk
so i'll take down luck from 9 to 8, and raise perception from 4 to 5...
when i will use cig i will be able to take this perk?
