can someone explain to me what should i do to have access to adv workbench in gun runners
how long it takes to reach 1000 rep with them and how you do that delivery quest
i need details

Talk to the guy in combat armor inside the building. Ask for the quest, choose city from the list (NCR for example), take package, give package to Buster in NCR bazar. Go back to guy in CA, talk to him and u will get 250caps and 180~ or something like that. Now u can't take another package, u need to wait some days (gametime) to repeat the quest.
1000 rep to get inside

i play like 2h a day ,dont have time for more, so i guess it will take quite some time...

It is something like 3 game days, but I'm not sure.

if you are looking for an advanced worbench go to MARIPOSA or SIERRA

gun runner is very long to get 1000 rep.
