if u kill in town for time *amount u become vilified forever by this town, then u can make stupid name for weapon, becouse u known like raider, and raiders is silly bullshit in fo2

and maybe for some good acting for npc u can become good lad, so u ll get acces to npc that can make name for ur weapon. or like *maria* in fo nv ( with own unique desing and bla bla )
