i bet it can be very usefull and good if players can live messages (like at holotapes) on train tickets, using character blood (hp) and switchbalde.
maybe 1-10 hp for live message ?

Is this a magic idea? Some kind of Desert Voodoo?

In Fallout 2, the Shaman could send Dream Messages, so maybe using Sympathy magic involving trains would be remotely close to canon.

Or just use radios.

nooooooooooooooo, i mean use some blood to write on ticket and drop it at base or tent or any other place.
maybe because holotape is not so easy to get, but anyway ur opinion have point 
problem is radio cant be used for message for offline users

A great thing, for me, could be to make such writings on every item (Example: Inscribe on your shotgun something like "Mothafucka!")
Can you imagine being killed by a "Mothafucka"? Or by a "Sucker Sidearm"? Or by a "Fuck you idiot that stares at my gun"?

(anyway i think i find other idea ! if u kill in town for time *amount u become vilified forever by this town, then u can make stupid name for weapon, becouse u known like raider, and raiders is silly bullshit in fo2 )

and maybe for some good acting for npc u can become good lad, so u ll get acces to npc that can make name for ur weapon. or like *maria* in fo nv ( with own unique desing and bla bla )

I know what item you meant, but what was that about them being hard to get? Just buy them at the Followers' Library in the Boneyard. There is a cooldown you got to wait for until you can buy another, but you can't really say they hard to get.

No cooldown, as far i know.
There are for sale at about 200 caps apiece, if i'm not wrong. Still i like the idea.

Exacly! Just take a few min so that your can think of a few good names/inscription/messages for random PK. Something like "Sharpened Sex Toy" instead of Combat Knife! (References for roleplayers: Lil' Jesus Mordino [possible reference to Savatage's D T Jesus, the main character of Streets - A Rock Opera] has a knife, Lil' Jesus, that, stating to item description, has the word JESUS carved on it)
