1 question please can i take lifegiver+ perk without having the lower lifegiver perk ? on wiki it say yes but acording to the character planner no. Can anyone help?

there would be no point of implementing 1st or 2nd stage if you could pick 3rd one in order as first. answer is : no you can not

I suppose its because Dodger and Dodger+ are two different perks, while Lifegiver is the same perk but with different ranks.

ah thank u. it was stupid option. About barter: yes but it need to be stacked with karma then its quite nice. I will make 300 today but for sure after wipe i will re-invent almost every build i did this season... but at least i got experience and next time for sure i wont need so many alts for nothing

hello wastelanders! i would like to ask- sometimes when my karma drop below zero with gunrunners i cant trade even with mentats or mentats and beer. Do u know if its bug and are there any other ways how to increase karma by Gun runners? /i suggest - 1 shit shovelled + 1 karma plus /

no it wont. also much depends on his DR, armor etc. its almost not possible to kill 290hp player if you explode near him
