The Action Points are capped at 10, or you can raise then to 12 with Action Boy?

Yes, they can be raised to 12 with the two Action Boy perks.

max AP you can have is 14(10agi+2 action boys+jet)

Does science work? I have 268% science, 10 LK and dismantle perk but it seem worst than normal alt with low science

If nothing has changed with it it should work. Sometimes you are just a bit unlucky, thats all.

How do you repair items? When I use the repair skill on a given item, the game shows a list of the items that I can use to repair it. However, nothings happens when I click on any of the items on the list.

Maybe the item itself or the clicked item is beyond repair?
Or because of low luck + low repair?

P/S: You might change the cursor by right click, (have to select item with hand cursor instead of arrow cursor)

Hello, when my character is standing still or just walking I have 00 AC, but when he is running AC goes up to a normal number (70). Is that normal? Or something new in mechanics that I don't know?

Can I use drugs to meet support perk stats requirements? For example: If I have 5 PE and smoke 1 cigarettes, will I be able to get awareness?

So having AC is useless in combat? Is it only useful when running away from sniper or something then? I'm not getting the sense of cutting AC down... I'm playing a hand-to-hand combatant, and I have no chance to avoid a shot, or attack from other players/mobs?

It was implemented this wipe.
Changelog as of 06-Jan-2012
- Armor Class rework:
  • Base Armor Class value is now 3*Agility.
  • Armor Class is applied only when running. For critters without running animation, this is relaxed to just moving.
  • In turn based, critter is assumed to be running when: 1. this is not the first turn of combat; 2. distance between the hex on which the critter stood in the beginning of its previous turn and the hex on which it ended its previous turn, increased by Action Points left from that turn, is at least half as big as maximum Action Points of the critter.
  • Armor Class of all armours is now 0 or negative (this is to say that the "deflection" quality of armours is now covered by its other statistics).

This is quite confusing - is what I'm trying to say. As I know AC is an important attribute in fallout, and now it's not? Like... you shouldn't count on AC at all now, since you won't manage to reach your enemy anyway, if he uses ranged weapon, and you use hand-to-hand?
