Yes Rad-X is one of the few drugs with effects that stack. You can take 2 and get double the bonus, but Rad Resistance caps at 95%. If your char already has a natural 42% Rad Resist, taking 1 makes it 92 so in that case it's a waste to take 2.

I get hit with ridiculous criticals all the time; I think it has more to do with the lack of top-notch armor and missing AC though. If you think about it in Fallout 2 you could knock off say 37% off an enemy's chance to hit--without that penalty attacks that used to miss are now hitting, which means more critical hits.

Your own luck can make the critical stronger if you are the one being hit (1 luck has a much higher chance of having an armor bypass happen to him than a guy with 8 luck)

I think a blueprints price list is going to be different from player to player. It depends on how a player values them and what it is worth to his faction. I've been searching for 4 months for helmet blueprints so right now i'd consider paying caps for those but i have 2 CA bp so i would not pay a dime for those.

Now if you mean prices based on what NPC merchants would pay, oh no! I would not sell them to NPC merchants! I'm sure you could find a player who would pay a lot more than any NPC vendor.

do you have to feed mercenarys? the recruiter said you need to feed them 2 times a day  but i think that you dont have to.

also how does repairing work:
can i repair a item with a broken one?
how do i do it?
does percentage matter for the item used (1% or 30% for example) on let's say a another item that is 10/75 %

more lk = more chance to crit. there is decent difference from 6lk to 10lk in terms of crit chance.
with 6 lk its 56 chance to crit on eyes. with 10lk its 70. this is a big difference for snipers. besides a sniper should never have high hp.
as long as they are at max range hp does not matter.

No.

how do i do it?
To repair stuff, it is better go have tool or toolbox for better repair skill.
In your inventory use Repair skill on item you wanna repair, then dialog is shown you click on tool (toolbox) or other (not beyond repair) item.

Yes. The first number is current state of item, the second is maximal percentage you can get by repairing it.
Part of the first number is transfered to the repaired item, so the higher, the better maintenance of the repaired item.

Wich one would you choose for a PVE character:

170%BG and 50%repair.


or...

144%BG and 100%repair.



I'm worried that 144% won't be enough to farm heavier stuff like Unit or remnants.
