I was thinking in make a definitive Hinkley char, my conclusion is make a Grenadier. I always make new builds for my characters, i hate to copy builds.

The guy in the Church of Necropolis have a default stock of energy weapons and caps, unfortunately EVERYBODY knows that he have caps, so its hard if you found some in him.

Quick question about the 'better criticals' perk:

Does this only add 20% damage to the critical hits, or are there other hidden advantages? Like an effect on the instakill % or something like that?

Never added 20% damage to crits.

+20 on crit table, which means you're more likely to get a bypass, a KD, a KO, a cripple, an instakill, a better damage multiplier.

Why am i losing reputation in Junktown??
I am polite  citizen and even buy things for caps , never stolen anything there nor killed anyone.
The only suspicious thing i do is sneaking around as i'm afraid of thieves patrolling the road to shop !
And by the way, what reputation makes town hostile?

I always believed that "TODO" means "infinite"...."todo" in spanish means: "everything"

Answer to Tenesmus: you lose certain amount of Rep every day, until it goes to 200 or -200, go:

True, i didn't read it on Wiki before but still it says :

If your reputation with a faction is above 200, you lose 10 in this reputation each real-life day (But it won't go below 200 that way)

My rep in Junktwn was 0 and was dropping every day a little, now it's -100,the same goes for NCR i must have done something irritating for them and don't know what could that be

You probably accidentally stood at a doorway (or brahmin gate, most likely) for too long, this makes you unprotected with a blocker tag, and make you lose 100 rep.

iirc you actually need about 3000 caps to convince him that you are there to barter/trade so he will sell you one for 500 caps.

pretty sure it does but you will incur penalty to hit if you dont have enough str which is standard and it wont go past the max range
