Does somebody knows what kind of skill you need if you want to create a character that puts explosives in the inventory of others?

I thought about trap and steal, does it that make sens?
But how can I activate the explosive before to put it in the inventory?
For example, is that possible with a grenade?

Steal and traps.  you're on the right track.

You can only do this with an explosive with a timer.  e.g.  Dynamite

Activate it before putting it into someone's inventory.
