Getting to Navarro is a part of the challenge. I myself died quite a few times. You will never loss car to NPC Encounter, for example if Unity kills you after some time they go off the map (in order to continue the patroll i guess) leaving the car intact. Offcourse if you had a key in your inventory while getting killed you will need a help of lockpicker.

Sorry for double post.
In the brotherhood quest rescue missions "injured patrolman", the wiki says "NOTE: As of December 2012, Snyder does not stand up. Reported."

As I don't have a good doctor skil, I can not check it.
Do I need to leave the map and the quest will be completed, or do i need to success the doctor ?

Don`t care about him standing up or not - giving him SS is a help big enough for completing the quest. Poor fella shoud be glad he`s not been robbed by you since this is wasteland after all :)

Its a shame since I would have do a good use of his combat armor. :)

Last question :

I'm now on the last quest of the brotherhood faction.
Ive reached the location, but there is no exit, and I dont have any rope or lockpick skill to carry on this mission.
I wanted to leave the place and come back but there is no exit grid at all.
I disconnect and reconnect and still nothing.

Any idea of wht I could do?
As it is my crafter, I really dont want to loose her.
