I remember playing Morrowind and jumping instead of running cause, well, it was pumping my 'jumping' skill. Didn't really like it though.
In Morrowind and Oblivion i made a self-damage spell to increase my skill and level up my mage, so i know what you are talking 'bout
And yet you don't see the flaws in this system?
Now, apart that implementing or not is a dev's choice, i already said that in my idea it would be very limited (a max of 10% or around it between all skills every level) so that one, to reach 300%, would have to do only a particular thing in his life. Wait, this would add the problem of specialization...
