More NPC criters as slaves or Animals tameable

we need more enslaveble criters.The raiders with LJ(leather jacket) shood be OK not the heavely armed ones,Or if not there shood be a perk that allows you catching more NPC.Not all criters(it would be too crazy to enslave a mutie)But some NPC that aren't beeing gouards


Or some animals to be  tamed,some examples dog,geko(small and golden one).there shooded e a  perk(ex name:Tame Master
Brahmins will be tamed first time too from this perk)
