I dont think so, why should i take WH perk while Buffout will give me same bonus? Ill take some other perk and the same will do other Junkie players.

Ah, I thought you were agreeing with Michael in saying WH was the obvious choice there.

To agree with what you quoted it should be "I agree with this", to agree with what the quote is arguing against it would be "I agree with it". Anyway, doesn't matter.

Bottom line is WH isn't far better than the others, but isn't useless. Hopefully :P

About WH, it wil be usefull perk for many players but its not a "must have perk".

Allot of these changes sound really cool, but...

Slaves won't be able to mine HQ materials, as they will only be left on private mines.

That really sucks, slaves wont mine hq minerals anymore?

They will if you are present, you just won't be able to leave slaves unattended on maps you don't own.

Thx for all the info! I am curious about these anti cripple perks... I hope cripples aren't near-impossible with this new anti crit perk, then wastes will just be nothing but BG tanks! :(

I also agree with others... the more variety available to builds, the better. Having different "powerbuilds" geared towards specific roles is not a bad thing either.

+requesthelp remove cripplers from game

...initialiazing

request aproved. bye bye cripplers, welcome back bg powerbuilds era.

If devs wanted to balace the game, then this perk is the biggest fail ever. Put the best crippler and the best bg in Hinkley. From 10 fights, at least 7 are won by the bg. Add anti cripple perk, 10/10 bg. And this is called balancing the game.

cripplers can cry more.  They risk nothing compared to BG and Insta kill 75% of the time AT ANY RANGE due to knockouts and "The Insta kills".  Then there's crippling the arms, the eyes, etc. :)

Hinkley maps do not have much variety and HARDLY resemble real pvp in towns.

Were not you just complaining about KOs and cripples making BG useless? Nevertheless whoever was it, crippling should be some deal, criticals needs to be reworked if they should work in multiplayer game based on rules that are not it's own - you were rarely victim of called shot in singleplayer fallout, and thus also rarely criticaly hit or crippled. Also RT is basicly the same as CTB in FT, but there is much less stuff to hide behind, making quite imbalanced.

SP itemization was already a little touched, so hopefuly SP game rules will be as well.

If so... Why can you find so many big gunners in pvp?

75% instakills? lol.

Hinkley HARDLY resemble pvp towns? I never seen you in Hinkley, actually. I guess that's because "mercenaries" is not one of the weapons avaible there...

I am not cying, i have bg chars, snipers and cripplers. I am just sorry that due to a perk a whole class will vanish.

I haven't used follower builds for months now...  So...  >.>.  Also I have been in Hinkley, with big gun characters.  I just don't use the name:  Mickel in all my characters.

This is my most recent:  http://www.imagebam.com/image/1872c2134382578  Jet, Psycho, Cigarretes. (210% BG actually)  I have not used this build in Hinkley yet.  But:

http://www.imagebam.com/image/1f026f128849334  Uses all drugs.  This is a somewhat flawed build however.  used in Hinkley several times.

I was asking about your builds to see your experience in Hinkley. For that you gave me a CHARACTER PLANNER and a bg with bloody mess and awarness. I made my point.
