The 'THIS IS WHAT THE FALLOUT WORLD IS' holds no weight whatsoever.
What about towns? In Fallout if you gunned someone down in cold blood in public, an entire town would freak out and enact vigilante justice. You could never go back. Instead we have sleepy farming town bloodbaths. People don't kill strangers because of a commitment to roleplaying a raider and the world of Fallout, they do it because the game lets them. Players are always as big a dick as you allow them to be, and FOnline is no exception. That's just how all videogames work, and why games go to great lengths to prevent that kind of thing.
Everybody cherry picks the part of the Fallout world that backs up their argument and denies everything that doesn't. Like I did just then. It's stupid. Don't do it. Justify your argument without using the words Fallout/Hello Kitty/whining/noobs/griefers. Talk about why something improves gameplay, makes the game unique, provides an exciting challenge, and so on.
