If it encourages people to use Pistoleer builds, I think it would be good for gameplay.

Yes, and it just makes unaimed shots a different version of the aimed variety.

I'd prefer other things which had nothing to do with crits at all to boost unaimed shots.

So long as triple damage armour bypassing shots are possible, I don't see any boost making much of a difference. I'm trying a fast shot build right now, and I'm painfully aware of how much easier, faster and cheaper it would be if I were a sniper.

Good idea, the current (and original) system makes no sense as it can't be that the player is hitting the torso every single time, but reality aside, this gives gunslinger builds the extra oomph needed.

I do have some reservations about the crit chances. I think the crit chances would be best calculated the normal way (as if the torso was hit), or only slightly raised (not upgraded to a fully-fledged aimed shot crit chance), and eye shots should prolly be very rare, with limbs being the most commonly hit next to the torso.

I agree. I think this idea would add a great deal to the game, but I'm not sure about modifying the critical chance on body parts hit in a burst.

Consider this: If you burst a target, it would calculate that how many bullets hit where, and apply critical chance bonuses. An Avenger Minigun would puke out 40 bullets of which one bullet might hit the eyes, get the +60% crit and damage bonuses resulting from the crit, blind/knockout/etc, another 2 would likely hit either arm, quite possibly giving a crippling effect, and so on.

Although this is realistically how things might turn out, I think it would be vastly imbalanced. Each burst under those conditions would probably give the target multiple crippling effects, drop their weapon, knock them down/out, blind them, and heaven forbid they implement bleeding in this game...

So yeah. Just remove the various body parts' bonus to critical chance in the case of bursting and it's golden, IMHO.

For now, this seems like a good give.  Of course the 30% DR ignore would only work with single shot :P.

Ok let's think about this becouse i see some repercussions with this topic!

-One bullet can hit you on any part's of your body,
-you can cripp in that.

Sound's with sens ofc but we must  think automatically what can make whole series?

-burst can blow your hand's
-leg's
-even destroy your gun in hands?

So...For me is another unnecessary topic who will made a mess becouse if Single will have some 'bonus' why minigun could not have something similar?

I dont agree with this idea (if minigun not  will have  similar option's)

Bursts shouldn't get it because bursts are powerful enough as it is. Simple.

And Sg is not powerfull enough?
Maybe try keep your minde on some other things than this!

For example TB battle:
Bg vs. Fast shot(most bg dont have  2 burst in raw)
Fast shot was hit for 69 hp
Bg was hit for 31hp
Bg was hit for 28hp
Bg was hit in left arm,crippled with armor bypass for 49hp and weapon dropped


And this gonna looks like this in TB or RT so please dont touch nothing becouse it will be step to backward.

Turn Based traps? I thought they were not allowed, just like gridcamping (which is a RT trap, in some way)
