i didn't played a melee character yet, and i'm dicided to do one. Dont give any build suggestions, just answer a small question
-does the "Bonus HtH attacks" perk work with melee weapons?
-does the "weapon handling" perk work properly with the melee?

For now you can buy base only from scammers other players who will give you ownership to it for caps/items. As I know there will be no avaible names anymore until wipe.

you could buy a private mine kinda like your owe base up near redding it never disappears.

Why is it the more points you put into outdoorsman the less exp you get for dodging encounters?

The more skilled you are the less you'll learn from dodging an encounter, It won't be new to you to start looking for footprints or other signs of things up ahead.

so my cow is stuck in my tent and I click on it and it says "the cow is busy right now dude, try again later" and i'm like wtf.

Try alt clicking and tell it to move, that should fix it, if it doesn't have some brahmin steak.

if it is still stuck after you force it to move with alt+mouse1 option then proceed to use stop all actions, move again if you like or repeat stop all actions.
