i have a unarmed char (17 lvl), but people says that if i want to do smth ninja-like it's much better fo me to do a thrower.
So i think about build now

is this ok, or there can be some better builds?
x2 Action boy = 2 perk slots.
Jet = 0 perk slots, but reduces ST on 2.
Buffout = pain in ass.
Psycho = +1 ST, so only -1 ST from Jet.
That would look like a waste, but it'll be
less waste to take x2 Heave Ho perks, 1 instead of Action boy, and second Action boy simply remove and take other perk. This way you may have:
S1 P6 E8 C1 I6 A9 L10 (-2 ST, +2 EN from your build).
1 ST +x2 Heave Ho = 5 ST for throwing, but you'll have -2 ST for weapon check = -40% to hit.
If you'll leave SPECIAL the same, you'll have only -20% to hit under Psycho (-2+1=-1 ST; 3-1=2 ST), but then nothing will be changed with perk slots and build will require Jet. Damned throwing requires too much perks, if your ST isn't high already, it means throwing+Jet isn't reasonable, if only you aren't going to spent more skill points on Throwing skill to negate ST lack penalty for weapon handling, because taking this perk is a waste, because it won't function on max, because you need only on 2 ST more, but also it'll work like +40% to hit perk.
If you have opportunity to become buffout-junkie, then it's of couse easier to make build:
S2 P6 E6 C1 I6 A10 L10
under Jet+Nuka+Psycho+Cigs+Buffout:
S3 P5 E9 C1 I6 A10 L10
Saves 2 perk slots! But requires this drug cocktail. But you can take 2nd LG or x2 MC or anything else.
You can always get drugs in this game in future, but you can't get perks in future. So reasonable always will be druggy build.
