Unarmed/Melee build


There is also different ways to do that build, but this is mean to talking with shopkeepers and travel with few friends.
Yeah i think 160% is enough.
I got 95% hit even i'm blinded.

Trade 10 ST 1 PE to 5 ST 6PE
And 1 toughness for bettercrits.
With Haymaker you will do +15% ctits.

PE has no modifier on cahnce to hit unarmed anyway

BTW. Perception doesn't affect unarmed tohit chance. Same with melee probably.

It's possible, however does not mean it will be good both in SG and Melee.

I wouldn't recommend tagging more than one combat skill in FOnline. If you want a good fighter, better tag [combat skill] + First Aid + Doctor.

Is this build good? I call it Energy Rogue and is hopefully a major improvement over my previous suggested build on this topic

It is meant not to be a pure, but rather a theif/assasin that can use sneak to get around. By lvl 15, it will be able to fire 5 shots per AP refresh with a turbo plasma rifle. Nevertheless, it doesn't focus a lot on health or criticals, but makes up for this by being (hopefully) able to take out its opponents before they can fire a shot. It can make and use small guns as expendable weapons, make its own leather armor (convenient for sneaking), as well as its own energy ammo.

This guy will suck bad in all araes he try to cover.
Because:
1)Sneaker should have 300 sneak + ghost
2)Thieve should have 300 steal and realted perks
3)EW damger should have 10 luck max crits, better crits
And no turbo plasma in game

pfff, u can use 220 hp 3x burster with p90, it's quite nice in reno or hinkley. Nice dmg, nice hp, but only for close distance.

And the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. are ? THe thing is I want to make a char that is realistic, in other words if I have an assault rifle I can kill someone with a burst in the face, I tried this earlier on a guy with metal armour and he survived ! That is really imposible.

220 Small Guns (because of 1 str penalty), 130 First Aid, 91 Doctor.

I use this undrugged build in hinkley, or at reno, but very rare. (Only cola and cigs)
But u can use psycho aswell. It's awesome with psycho  )

You can use Jet instead of x2 action boys and get ST to 1, get weapon handling instead of x1 action boy and will have 1 additional perk left.
The only problem that.. it's too much SPECIAL left! And I don't even know where to put those damned points! You can make 8 PE if you want, you'll have more FA and Doc by this way, because you don't need high skill.
Or you can make 10 AG and don't use nuka, but nuka is cheap and has no drawbacks, so better make 8 PE.
Also you'll have 244 HP instead of 220, because that 1 perk can be spent on lifegiver.
Also you will have not ST penalty to all one-handed weapon but .223 pistol, but you're burster anyway.

There're no avenger minigun in hinkley.
If you see avenger minigun and not in major gang, your DR won't help you.

Edit:
Well when I played last time for my main character, he's jet+nuka+cig junkie, 244 hp x2 eye shot plasma rifle.
Poor miniguners couldn't do much, if only they will crit me, in direct fight 1v1 I simply won them even if I was really unlucky on crits, if they tried to run to 1 hex, I ran 1-2 hexes in random direction and they bursted from >1.
As I can remember it was 50-60 damage per burst, so they need ~4-5 bursts to kill me.
