1. For a crit melee character:

...

2. Bruiser

...

3. Melee weapons: 196%

EDIT. 4. No lifegiver? What the hell. Big mistake. Take atleast one at 12, even better, take two.

Alright, I marked the fails in your build. I'll explain.

1. For a crit melee char, you didn't pick Better Criticals? Sorry, but you can't be effective with it.

2. Bruiser? Oh no no no, it's a lose-lose situation. Let's see, Bruiser takes away 2 Action points, which means 4 points of Agility. You gain +2 points, and lose 4? Bad tradeoff, this is bad.

3. Too high melee skill (yes of course you need high skill to hit with PE1, but refer to point one. PE1 means no better criticals, it needs PE6.)

4. No lifegiver = bad bad bad.

been thinking alot about a melee build that focuses around making and using the cattle prod for PvP, PvE.
Of course you'd need to have a decent INT to spare on EW, science and melee while still having some decent ability to heal yourself or travel with some relative safety.

doc2 and ew2 are a good thing. since you can make drugs where you lack as a normal melee build might do well in. although I'm apt to always have atleast 5 perception. awareness is very valuable.

thoughts mangs?

edit: powerbuilds are so 1999.

I have played the original fallout, but haven't played fonline yet.

This is my planned build (which would work quite well for the original fallout), though I am not sure that it will work well at all on fonline. Could some of you  give me some advice as to what I should do or modify.

A note: it is meant to use small guns as expendble weapons and energy guns as the primary weapon. It  is meant to use sneak to get the first strike and have ten AP and "Fast Ahot"/"Bonus Rate of Fire" to have a massive rate of fire. Also steal and lockpick are to be focused on for "convinience" Finally, I want to have Gunsmith (small guns) 1, Armorer 1, Energy Expert 1 and 2 (minimum levels of 70 small guns, 110 energy weapons, 60 repair, 90 science) to be self reliant to some degree.

Failed build
...

Your build could be usable in F2, but in FOnline it will be totally useless and unplayable. Raise only your tagged skills, around at least 200 for energy (though energy doesn't mix well with fast shot), Do not raise science if you are not planning to be able to craft (and then you will also need repair, look at requirements for crafting professions). Steal is also usefull, but you will need around 200 too.

Special is also bad, 3Ch is enough for talking to NPCs and do quest, 4 luck is useless, take 1 or 6.
Perks: sneak perks only for a sneaker with 300% sneak, livegiver must have level 12, dodger useless, steal perks only for a steal char with 200 steal.

Unarmed/Melee build

There is also different ways to do that build, but this is mean to talking with shopkeepers and travel with few friends.

3. Too high melee skill (yes of course you need high skill to hit with PE1, but refer to point one. PE1 means no better criticals, it needs PE6.)
Yeah i think 160% is enough.
I got 95% hit even i'm blinded.
