Somebody on forum said it does not protect from knockdowns coming from crit table. Is this true that if I get shot in the groin with knockdown effect I won't have my 50% chance to avoid it?

Stonewall does protect from knockdowns coming from critical hit table. After all the effects of the hit are decided, there is about 50% chance for knockdown to be deleted from the list.

still the problem is that there are to many KO then KD soo stonewall is usles perk

It does work and its very useful ESPECIALLY against grenade users in PvP. That is, if you do ever do PvP...
