So 70pp is required for companions, right.

If I have 40pp(3CH+30Speech), and I take Beer+Mentats(+3CH) I'll have 70pp.

I can now obtain a companion.

My question is:
After the Beer+Mentats wears off, and I'm back down to 40pp, does that limit my interaction with the companion?
Will the companion not travel with me on the world map?
Or will the companion not speak with me?
Or does the companion not respawn...etc?

Are party points required to KEEP/EQUIP/TRAVEL with a companion or are they just used to OBTAIN/RECRUIT a companion?

It would be appreciated if I could get an answer from a Dev/GM, since companions are too rare to test this.

party points are needed just to take companion, once he joined you, party points doesnt matter.

Btw this is one of the basic questions asked by many newbies.

yes its same for any follower with party point check.

Followers have loyalty just like slaves, right? I recently got a follower. Will I have to give her food and booze every day in order to make sure they don't run off?
