You want an open world PVP where players deliver the consequences. This does that! It requires a player to have a certain level of CH to figure out if a player has bad Karma or not. After that, the player can decide what he wants to do to that player. A 1 ch player will have no idea what your Karma is, a 9 ch character will be able to read you like a book.

I think name colorization needs to be reimplemented. Not just red and green xD.

I read your suggestion of course, and like I wrote, it shouldn't be like good vs evil, just a simple black/white generalization, which is what global karma system is.
My policy about when it is ok to start shooting at someone probably differs from policies of other players... Which one would be implemented to your suggested karma system? You can't just choose what gets implemented as the "true good" and "true evil"... policies differ... so IMHO shared name colorizing should be brought back, so who agrees with TTTLA policies can support it, those who don't and yet aren't griefers, can found an alternative justice force with better policies, maybe arranging cooperation with TTTLA in specific cases... Whole new interesting world of faction politics opening up, something NPC faction never can offer...

World is grey. If you kill enemies of ncr for selfish reason, it doesn't make you any less evil than shooting people for Mordinos. You just become more evil in the eyes of the enemies of ncr and more liked by ncr and its friends. Reputation offers us all we need to recognize our enemies.

Case and point. I understand what you and Ned Logan are getting at now. Reputation through NPC factions and player assigned reputation through forums and word of mouth is how justice should be dealt. Close topic please, this suggestion is now ballsack juice and no one likes ballsack juice.
