Aint gonna work because running has now downside. Our chars never get tired or winded.
Yea, which is also why snipers need to be fixed. If they can kite you, you're screwed

Exactly. Less kiting, obviously the closer you are the easier it is to hit. And let's not be so adamant with that number of -60% it was just for example purposes.

Real Time is very good. I love Fallouts but I want play it in real time fight. Fonline is great I very happy to play real time  :)

I find RT way too buggy for pvp, the game wasn't designed for RT and it shows. At least in TB your build and skill at ap management is what matters and not lag/aimbots.

Here's an idea, running characters are harder to hit! Hitting a character while he is running makes him 60% harder to hit or something like that xD

 I cant hit by mouse running enemy right now. If you run, you have this advantage right now. :)
