Throwing should be affected by faster hth instead of brof since its AGI/STR based and not PE. This makes more sense as throwing is an action closer to punching than pulling a trigger and unlike guns throwing isn't governed by your PE.

throwing is affected by PE  in game and in real life.  Have you ever tried to throw knifes? It need high aim and skill to throw a 1 side sharpened knife in throat of enemy from 10-20 m.

and back to topic throwing knives shouldnt be affected by BRoF and Faster HtH at all.

You're gonna have to have pretty goddamn bad PE if you can't see 10-20 m. Shooting at over 300m with a gun requires lots of PE. Throwing is actually more related to finess of hand. Just think of the blindfolded circus knifethrowers. Sight or hearing doesn't turn the knife's blade in the right angle.

also your range has to do with your str for throwing, pe plays no real part.
