Requirement changes for the following perks

Stonewall should require 6 end, not str since its an end based perk. It's about your ability to endure attacks without faltering.

Better crits should not require perception as it is a luck based perk. (I think it should require 8 or 10 luck)

Brof should not require int, how does intelligence make you pull the trigger faster? Also requiring 7 ap is ridiculous, make it 6 or 8 for obvious reasons.

Educated should be a lvl 3 perk so that it's worth taking.

Perks that affect hth such as Silent Death and Slayer should require either unarmed or melee skill, not just unarmed. Putting points into both skills just to get a perk is a total waste since they are redundant.(yes I know slayer isn't in game)

While not a perk per se, Haymaker also should not require 7 agi (Nothing should require uneven numbers from a stat that only works in 2's.

But also shows that you got some usable mass at your disposal. No matter how good runner or pain-tolerant you are, it's not going to prevent a strong blow from making you to fall. But if you got lots of strength and bodymass, it's likely that you won't fall.
