This is almost the same exact build i posted in this topic before, just with finesse added(this one is more about crippling, my was more about damage).You don't need more AG and INT -.-Making a good build means good balance, you can't cast SPECIAL points from air, you need to sacrifice something to get something else. And having 5 INT and 6 AG is so enough...

Floodniks build seem good for common player, yet most of the powerbuilds works with 2STR and weapon handling. Put two points into END and 1 into IN. Less carryweight, harder leveling, almost same ammount of HPs (169) but chance to hit 95% on max range and better resist vs knocdowns&cripples. Your choice.

Joke?) + loose 30% damage in most cases(not if you rarely bypass)...With this build here:Cut outYou're gonna have 85% chance to crit in the eyes, 176 hp, no damage drop with finesse. You're gonna loose(looking at John.Metzger's build) 2 extra AP that are left after you shot in eyes with sniper rifle, but i don't see any use for them. In RT you just run behind some corner, wait until AP regenerate and act again. In TB you can move 2 hex further thanks to this.
Could you post link to your build again please? It sounds like my dream build but i dont understand to all game mechanisms to create my own
