You should have a green dot somewhere near Hub on the worldmap, search this cave.

i use the ammo facility terminal in Sierra but it said :" this terminal control the ammo facility in the next room . you could use it to start some productiion, but the power input is low "  . how can i use it??

As far as i remember you should repair generator first. On the first floor as in F2 to use lift.
And if you ask me how much skill it requires...ehm i saw somewhere at forum about 150+

Is it's location usually near NCR?
Is there any way to make decide where to place it?

Hello, I have a question, is everyone have no sounds in game (like door opens, all inventory sounds, like pick up-drop...) exept the sounds of shooting? I have original music, but without common sounds the game feels very strange and deserted in some way... So?
