Its stacking untill 60min. Then you should wait untill its 59min or lower, then you can craft again.

If you leave a NPC faction, do factions that were kill on sight just because you were in the faction, still kill you on sight.

I.E. Remnants Of The Master's Army, if you're a member of basically any other faction.

Nope, I was kill on sight with vault city, i left the mordinos and now everything is peachy.
