I just talked to one of guards, have 3 CH, he is saying, that BoS-technology is only for BoS, and I must leave.

thats because you need to leave faction to join, and then you can get in if you do quest

I was wondering how cars work. I heard that if you park it, it always marks on the map. So if I had a car, is there no way to just hide my car so it's not taken or gathered by a bunch of douchebags to attack me?
