Awesome. What if I'm in a town?

Surf:
The car'll appear at the entrance of the town, visible for other players (and lockpickable).

Drakonis:
Lets say I have 5 intelligence. What effect on my science skill will make a single and double dose of mentats if any? I'm afraid to try- I get addicted to stuff pretty easly :P

It won't have any effect on your skills. Drugs don't affect your skill-to avoid exploit I guess.
