They are invisible till you start the quest in VC

I did start the quest, I spoke to all the guys in vault city station then went back to the dr, but no other stations have appeared

You have to take the train to the next station.

Why didn't the train arrive? he said it would arrive at 9:00 but I was there 10 mins before and waited till 10 now he says its coming at 15:00

the train can not see, you have to ask the driver and he takes you, and also tells you when it arrives

[Question] Does "Outdoorsman" % work different depending on character's level?
Character with 6th level and ~20% outdoorsman has more chance to avoid encounter, than my 18th level with 120% outdoorsman, I can't remember how this window "Do you wish to encounter" looks like, so I simply make RT-combat in config and run away from every encounter, and see that I wasted alot points in this skill.

Edit: Ok, I have more chance, than 20% ;p Just got 2 of 8 encounters avoidable, but.. when I was 12th-15th level, I got more chance... So may it depends on level?

i have a question there is ammo facility terminal how do you turn it on?
also i turned on medical facility but where do i go pick up items?

Why do I don't receive experience points for conquering encounters on worldmap when travelling with my brahmin?
Is it because the brahmin has more points in Outdoorsman as I have? I have 74 points spent there...

Or is that a bug?
