Weapons - nah, most of them are just real world weapons and don't fit to the Fallout universe (Yeah, yeah, I know there is A FEW real guns in FO & FO2, but adding too many of them will... <you know what>
).
Armors - raider armour? Reaver armour? Hell, yeah! (with their own models, when the 3d will be implemented of course) Enviromental Armour? Could be, but there must be some need for it (some heavily radiated areas + lesser rad resistance from CAs?)
Other stuff - I'm not really sure. 3d models (VB) can be rotated and adjusted to the angle and size of the FO, 2d models (FT) don't. Hummer doesn't look THAT MUCH out of place, so maybe a thing or two could be implemented I think... Tactics had a number of nice graphics, (ie. beautifull remains of the burnt helicopter)

There must be balanced weapons before adding newer ones. This will take a long time, so no new weapons before.
Armors - have to be Tactics critters then, which look ugly and don't fit to the look of FOnline (hell, even the hummer looks ugly.
)
So, this suggestion won't happen.
