Hello there!
There is 4 Train stations in world map.
Vault City station opens after taking quest From Doc.
NCR station opens after succesful making quest with Rail Gang.

And i cant find how to open Boneyard and San Fran stations? could someone help me?

And if i want to ride From open station(Like NCr for me) to NONopen (Like Boneyard) - so i cant ride? or i make smth wrong?)

You currently have the NCR and VC train station. So, from NCR, take the train to Boneyard, and then from Boneyard, take the train to SF.

Yeah you apparently haven't ridden the train. You'll see em all if you ride it around.
