I know that higher bg is better, but i dunow if i really need like 200 on bg if with 160% i think or 150% i get 95% to hit at max range with 6pe, i just want to know how much i need to not waste points.

What weapon are you gonna use?
But anyway it's better to have more than 200. To be very exact:
-For an avenger minigun at max range: you need 218%
-For a Light Support Weapon at max range: you need 198%
-For a rocket launcher: at max range (you will need drug to have 7PE): 175    at your max FoV: 183   (calculated with AP rockets)

Note that if you plan to take drugs, it can change your PE, and the skill needed.

I plan to use smokes :3, whats means FoV? im not familiar with that sigla sorry.
And wich is the formula to  calculate PE-skill lvl and depending on the gun?, just curious.
