bonus move perk

I agree with the poster above, it should affect APs recovery. Naturally all your APs recovered in 5 seconds, with "bonus move" you recover APs X0% percent faster , depending on no.X of bonus move perks. So with 2 ranks, you will recover all your APs in 4 seconds, not 5.
Cultist:
You can't use bonus move ap for anything but movement in tb so making it regen all ap faster means you run at the same speed but perform actions faster which is not the point of the perk. Increasing rt movement speed won't work because the game is grid based.

but in that case u would be better of with action points perk, altough it woulnd be the same
the objective is to give an advantage in terms of speed to shorten the distance

still even grid based it shouldnt be a problem

With grids you can only increase/decrease speed by whole hexes, not %. Jumping 2 hexes per movement would look retarded.
