Is this working with NPCs?
I bought a dog and I still got forced into every single encounter.

NPCs are simply controlled PCs/avatars (whatever), so yes it should be working the same way if a PC were the one with highest Outdoor... But I tbh think it isn't working, never did when I had a trapper prewipe when i had 50 outdoor....

Just make slaver and catch bandits and other scums.
They are lot's better than dogs.
