Junktown and "Cathedral?", can't remember. buy em from jktown though, cheaper and tougher, it'll be some old dude around like 4 dogs somewhere top left of map to the right of a Bar.

The dog is pretty weak tho, it will die if something even looks funny at it.
You can buy a trapper- slave from players for much cheaper (dog costs like 1k). Adds 100% OD and can actually withstand some punishment.

Highest outdoors is counted for avoiding, Leaders outdoors counts for speed.
