Hey, i let myself be surprised with their ideas!  :)
And suggestions are meant to be discussed, otherwise there won't be a whole section devoted to it. And it's called "Suggestions", not "Abandon all hope all ye who enter here"

Its called "suggestions" and not "I write this idea here and in 2 weeks its ingame". ;)

Ye well it's not about knowing the range of lsw or magnum's cooldown. It's about big picture.
Exactly!
Can we get a view on how should various gameplay styles combine?
Will this turn hello kitty online - settlers game with some PvE and PvP only in some areas (ie copy of majority if other MMOs) or we will have real survival game with danger on every step and no silly good/bad global karma system?

I also agree that things should be discussed, including the devs plans. Often they lack the gameplay experience the dedicated players have and can't see things the players can. In the end it is of course the player on mercy of the devs, but nothing wrong with that, it's their server.

After Pandemon posted it here, which i don't think is approved and soon will be removed, I will say it then:
From what I seen, devs received 2 variables: if you have FOCD and its enabled(ge=1), and second one, if yanus is enabled(ya=1).
Question to devs: Does that mean, only those with ya=1 were banned? Or even those with ge=1? Why checking both things? What do you mean by it?

If your FOnline folder includes folder named plugins and this folder includes a file named plugins.xml and global is turned as 1 you are reported and prolly banned.

And how do you know that for sure?

Even if, then what is ya=1 for? Another check for yanus? You are banned already afterall. So, what the...

Bans because of FOCD - tragic approach, you attepmt to controll players but players arent bad guys - it is the
fonline game itself full of shortcomings..

This is part of the first post. So
1. The topic author clearly wanted to talk about both things.
2. Banning 900 characters is clearly tied with FOnline's future :>

Its called "suggestions" and not "I write this idea here and in 2 weeks its ingame". ;)

Neither i opened the suggestion section nor demand anything emplemented.
This section serves a purpose of feedback, if i understand correctly. And wishes and suggestions are a part of it.

So, if a betatester, as we are, are making a feedback - is it heard by someone? Or is it ignored and thrown away? Or just picked off without comment?
This association confuses and frustrates the betatester and makes him think wrong on the developers as a bunch of elitists who doesn't give a damn on those down there.

Also, a developer is always free to ask the community about the most actual problem. There are a lot of bright minds on forum which are eager to help in development.

So, the point is - the communication between the developers and betatesters. If a developer read the idea, why not comment it? A little "thumbs up" perhaps? That motivates and makes one think that he don't write it all for a naught.

Game Rules.

By using the game etc you agree to these rules. If you break them, you get sanctions.

This was there from the beginning.

This was added when they banned the people.

The first quote explains it enough though, so that isn't an excuse. Quit whining.

OMFG...will you cheating guys just STHU about the bans already...you cheated and was caught(most of you if not all)...YES cheated since you decided to us a third party program to gain an advantage unintended in the server design. It wasn't even necessary in a GD BETA to own all of the wimpy bluesuits! Not to mention that in a retail beta breaking the rules resulted in being booted as well. After, the wipe come back and don't do it again :)

Comon enough with the bans. We've got more important things to discuss here.

Expectations and not knowing about the main guidelines really make things difficult for us testers. It is clearly visible when it comes to discussing key gameplay elements. For example when discussing pvp nobody knows who's right and how something meant to be. It ends up being a discussion where the guy with best dialetic skills does best even if he's wrong.

My question about yanus/FOCD is still actual. Did you, devs, ban these people, who were using FOCD, or only these, who were using one of its features - Yanus?
